Lee was born, grew up and was schooled in Windsor, England . 
Before setteling down, he has spent extensive time backpacking and has picked up a multitude of diverse skills, including pearl diving in Monkey Mia (West Australia), scuba diving as a PADI Master Instructor and various other jobs including technical and management positions in Aerospace and Biomedical Industries.

He has brought to Kauai his passion for meeting new people and new experiences,
